The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bath, while the second bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and cozy seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and a dining space. Additional amenities include central AC, Wi-Fi, smart lock entry, and access to 3 flat-screen TVs (living room and both bedrooms). Laundry facilities, a secure housekeeping closet, and a storage unit stocked with beach chairs and toys add convenience to your stay. This apartment is pet-friendly for pets up to 35 lbs, with a $150 fee per pet. Outside, enjoy the gated community perks: 5 swimming pools, scenic lagoons for kayaking, 3 golf courses, and tennis/pickleball courts. The villa is just a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, with complimentary dune buggy transport available in season. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will also result in dismissal from the rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, which will also result in dismissal from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to the property; once trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the AC unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parking pass required.
