Our house comfortably sleeps 9 with 1 king bed in the Master, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, a twin bunk bed and additional twin bed in the 3rd room, and lastly a queen sized air mattress in the den. The couch is also a decent enough size to sleep on if you wish to do this.
