Pets are welcome with applicable fees based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean is required for stays over 60 nights, with additional charges applying for these services. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin on the side of the home, and rolled to the end of the road on Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup; failure to do so incurs a fee. Due to the natural surroundings, occasional ladybugs or crickets may be encountered. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from use. Check-out is at 10 am, with a $50 cleaner trip fee applied if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout.
