Enjoy a finished basement with a private movie room, game room, gym, and bathroom. A welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. Outdoor amenities include a back deck with patio furniture and a Blackstone griddle available for outdoor cooking. Driveway and garage parking are available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for 1–6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7–28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Additional charges may apply for excess hair, dander, odor, waste clean-up, damages, or other pet-related issues. Nearby attractions include the Etowah Indian Mounds State Historic Site, LakePoint Sports Complex, and Lake Allatoona Day Use Spot (hiking, fishing, nature!), all within 10 minutes. This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. Evidence of smoking will incur a $400 housekeeping expense for the additional sanitation time and effort to reinstate the listing. A gathering will be considered anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation, and there is an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout, or is turned away because the property is still occupied, a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply.
