This pet-friendly community includes a dog park and pet spa. A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets). Additional key fobs are available for a $50 non-refundable fee. Lost, damaged, or unreturned fobs incur a $150 replacement charge. Covered parking and private garages are available. Located in Whitestown, IN, this apartment is minutes from dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment, offering a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. To respect the privacy of other residents, please follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkouts or unapproved early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Do not park in reserved spaces, as unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Includes a built-in desk for remote work.
