Less than 1 mile from downtown and 3 miles from St. Augustine Beach, this apartment offers a tranquil vacation experience. This apartment features a modern kitchen with bar top seating, fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking set, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and a drip coffee maker. The open and airy sitting room is perfect for relaxing, and the dining room seats six. The master en-suite includes a king-size bed, desk, dresser, and full bathroom. The spacious living room has leather couches and a full-size Murphy bed. The outdoor oasis includes a pool with loungers and umbrellas, a large outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink, a fire pit, a covered patio with a conversation set and dining set, and a half bath. Pool heat is available for $30 per day. One dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. Walk to local favorites such as Mojos Taco's, Llama, and Mellow Mushroom. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If there are more guests on the premises than notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to tamper with it may result in the reservation being canceled. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and flushing foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited.
