The second floor, which serves as the main entrance, features a modern kitchen with bar top seating, a sitting room, a dining room with seating for six, a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and a master ensuite with a King bed. The living room includes a Full murphy bed, and there's a private office space and laundry room. Welcome to Tropic Bliss, where you can enjoy a beautiful, modern kitchen fully equipped with a full set of pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and a drip coffee maker. The open and airy sitting room is perfect for relaxing and conversing, while the dining room connects seamlessly between the kitchen and sitting room. The outdoor oasis on the first floor includes a pool with loungers and umbrellas, a large outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink, a fire pit, and a covered patio with a conversation set and dining set. This property is dog-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs, with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. Situated less than 1 mile from downtown and 3 miles from St. Augustine Beach, this home offers easy access to local attractions. Enjoy a leisurely walk to popular spots like Mojos Taco's, Llama, and Mellow Mushroom, making it an ideal location for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in cancellation of the reservation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for overstaying. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with young children should use the home at their own risk.
