A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located outside across from the dining area. Off-street parking is available for 3 cars. This home is pet-friendly for one dog, with a pet fee of $100. Located in the historical Uptown District, this home is close to many top boutiques and restaurants. The main downtown historic district is an easy 15-20 minute walk away. Vilano Beach is a 5-minute drive away. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the back door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
