Relax at the pool, play in the sand on the beach, or watch stunning sunsets from your private balcony. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors and panels allow you to enjoy amazing panoramic views of the area. This modern home boasts nine-foot ceilings and wall-to-wall sliders, offering spectacular views of the Gulf. The property includes three pools, one of which is heated, tennis courts, and a fitness club. Beach service with chairs and umbrellas is available. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a twin sleeper chair, the second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a twin sleeper chair and a sleeper sofa. Parking is available with a maximum of two parking passes per reservation for free. Located in Perdido Key, the condo is just 15 minutes from the Pensacola Naval Air Station, where the Blue Angels practice for their air shows. There are plenty of entertainment options nearby, including great nightlife venues, delicious local cuisine, the best fishing and diving on the Gulf, and convenient local shopping. Families can enjoy dolphin boat cruises, arcades with mini-golf and go-carts about 20 minutes from the resort, a water park within a 45-minute drive, and many other attractions in Perdido Key and the surrounding area. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. For same-day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000 fine plus cleaning costs. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, with a $200 fine for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. No parties or events are allowed, with fines ranging from $200 to $500 for violations.
