Gated community Washer and dryer There is an additional background check required from the HOA, which requires a separate fee of $165 per adult. AC Filter Program - $10/month One or two adult dogs under 35 lbs (no aggressive breeds) with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog, $25/mo per dog.
