Key amenities include an electric golf cart to shuttle you to and from campus or Eddy Street, an arcade room, a basement entertainment space and games, an indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pits, a gas grill and smoker, tailgating supplies with 3 tables and 18 chairs, Wi-Fi connected TVs and a Sonos sound system, an Elkay filtered water dispenser, and front porch chairs and cushions. One-car garage and off-street driveway parking are available. Situated steps from the front gates of The University of Notre Dame, this charming property offers easy access to the University’s campus, making it perfect for students, faculty, fans, and alumni. Also, be sure to check out the Morris Performing Arts Center, as well as Howard Park. Local favorites Eddy Street and Trader Joes are only a 5-minute walk from the house. No pets, smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is allowed inside or outside the home. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing, and prosecution may occur. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs are incurred arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. The neighbors to the north, south and east are friends and professors at The University of Notre Dame, and the utmost respect by the Renter of their personal space is expected.
