Local attractions include WonderWorks, Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves Water Park, and Family Kingdom Amusement Park, among others. A new pier is currently under construction near the property and is expected to continue through some time in 2026, which may result in occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
