The condo features a private beachfront balcony with outdoor furniture, a kitchen with all needed essentials for a home-cooked meal, indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, a kids pool, a fitness center, air conditioning, internet, and a smart TV. Experience the best of Myrtle Beach living at Palms Resort 1602, where comfort, convenience, and captivating views come together to create an unforgettable getaway. A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through some time in 2026, which may result in occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited with a penalty of $200 for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
