Located in the popular Shoreline Drive area, this condo provides easy access to the vibrant Apache Pier, just a five-minute walk away. The neighborhood boasts a convenience store, pizza shop, Subway, and ice cream shop within a minute’s walk, while the new Tanger Outlets, Restaurant Row, Wal-Mart Super Center, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, and many other restaurants are within a mile. The condo itself is equipped with great amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It features spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The sleeping arrangements include an adjustable king-size bed in the master bedroom and a twin bed over a queen bunk bed and an additional twin bed in the guest bedroom. The property offers private parking in the same building with a maximum of two cars allowed. Please note that the indoor pool at Shipwatch Pointe II will be closed from 06/01/2025 to 06/30/2025 for repairs, but the outdoor pool and spa/hot tub will remain open. Upgraded internet is available, perfect for remote work from the beach, with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit. Situated in the heart of Myrtle Beach on North Ocean Blvd, this condo offers proximity to a plethora of attractions. A short drive will take you to Broadway at the Beach, and you are near 100 premier designer golf courses. Other nearby attractions include the Alabama Theatre, Sky Wheel, The Carolina Opry, The Boardwalk, Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Dragon's Lair at Broadway at the Beach, Jurassic Golf, and Jungle Safari. Grilling is prohibited, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed, with a $100 fine per occurrence for violations. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations.
