The kitchen includes a cozy dining table and chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, and coffee maker. Although not fully equipped, it provides basic kitchenware for simple meals. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower and tub, and a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. For parties greater than eight people, an additional twin air mattress is available upon advance request. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Small pets under 25 lbs may be approved with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. The house is equipped with 24/7 security cameras outside for added safety. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and adhering to community guidelines.
