Feel at home in this spacious riverside chalet in Snowmass, set amongst soaring mountain views. This chalet is perfect for large groups and has plenty of room for everyone to gather and private areas to break away. This chalet features a wrap-around balcony and a path down to the Roaring Fork River. The home theatre is complete with a popcorn machine. Activities and excursions are available for an additional cost with advance notice. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Check-out time is 10 am, and a fee of up to $300 may be incurred for late check-outs. There are three cameras installed outside of the house, and fines may apply if the devices are tampered with. In Colorado, bugs and mosquitos are a natural and very common occurrence, so remember to pack bug spray.
