Featuring multiple large bedrooms, a spacious living room with tall ceilings and a large stone fireplace, a cozy den with a memory-foam queen sleeper sofa, and a modernized black tile bathroom, this cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen and dining room provide ample space for meals, while the front and back yards, complete with a hot tub, deck, and stone patio with a fire pit, offer outdoor relaxation. Upstairs, the main bedroom boasts split-king mattresses, a serene bathroom with a freestanding tub, and a walk-in closet. A loft space overlooks the living room, providing a desk, reading pouf, twin bed, and TV. Downstairs, a large guest studio with a king-sized bed and surround sound stereo, a newly built laundry room, and a versatile empty room await your use. This cabin is designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The fully stocked kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and enough cookware for typical meals, although bringing special items is recommended. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer with hypoallergenic detergent, baseboard heating in every room, and ceiling or portable fans. The cabin also features Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a purified water dispenser, vintage glassware, a vintage piano, and a treadmill. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet, subject to approval due to allergies. The property is treated monthly for ticks and mosquitos and cleaned weekly by a local service. A lockbox with guest keys and a fob for the garage door are provided for convenience. Nestled in a serene area, the cabin is surrounded by farmland to the north and some industrial areas to the south. The street contains only two other homes, offering a peaceful environment. For transportation, a train at Campbell Hall, 7 minutes away, provides access north to Port Jervis and south to Hoboken, with connections to NYC. Another train to Beacon, 20 minutes away, goes straight to Grand Central Station. While reliable cab services are scarce, the beauty of the area can be explored via route 416, with attractions like Thomas Bull Memorial Park, Montgomery, Goshen, and Middletown nearby. The property is not fenced in but features a natural shrub barrier and half-fence at the back. Guests can use the entire home except for the utility/boiler room and any locked areas. Please do not borrow clothing or personal items, and toiletries and linens for guests will be clearly indicated. A lockbox with guest keys is available for entry. No smoking of any kind is allowed indoors, and guests are asked to dispose of all garbage properly. Please be gentle with the windows and doors as they are old and need replacement. No pets with behavioral or shedding issues are allowed due to allergies. Guests are requested to run the dishwasher before leaving, avoiding vintage glassware and cutting boards. If anything gets stained or broken, please notify the host immediately. The loft space offers a desk and reading pouf, providing a comfortable area for remote work. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin, ensuring connectivity for work or leisure.
