Feel at home in this third-floor condo at Shelly Sands, perfectly situated on the Destin/Miramar Beach line. Please keep in mind as this is a third floor unit, there are three flights of stairs and there is no elevator in the complex. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, and plastic dinnerware, utensils, and cups are available for tiny travelers. Linens and beach towels are provided. A courtesy supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bag, dish and laundry detergent) is included. The community pool (seasonally heated) and hot tub are right at the base of the stairway from the door. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot, with provided parking passes. This condo is in its own little slice of paradise, directly across the street from gated beach access for guests. It is also right along Scenic Highway 98, where there are many restaurants, beach stores, and beautiful sandy white beaches. A few minutes' drive in either direction will take you to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons (shopping/entertainment), HarborWalk Village, Big Kahunas, The Track, and many grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions for all ages. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance. Situated right on the Miramar Beach/Destin line, everything is just a short drive away. As this is a residential complex, a 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. This partner does not permit pets at any time, as the HOA does not permit pets. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. A washer and dryer is not offered inside the unit, but there is a pay-per-use community laundry room available on the same floor next to the stairway.
