A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. The first floor hosts a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and closet, along with a full bathroom featuring a modern tub/shower combo. A short drive takes you to the beautiful Vilano Beach. The home has an active security camera installed at the front door. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. No parties or pets are allowed on the property. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A laptop computer is not included.
