No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Guests are encouraged to communicate any issues during their stay promptly. If a handyperson is called and finds no issue or user error, the guest will be responsible for the fee. Moving furniture is not allowed, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests are not permitted to book on behalf of someone else unless explicitly approved by the host.
