Tidewater Beach Resort requires a mandatory registration and fee online or at the front desk on the 2nd floor. This ensures security and allows access to the resort. This condo is located on Front Beach Road that runs beachside. Pier Park and many restaurants are within walking distance, offering a true beach vibe. Renting golf carts, ATVs, razors, or bikes is very popular in this area and the guest services desk will have further information. Uber and Lyft operate in this area as well. The property operates a strict policy enforcing beach gear cleanliness and smoking regulations, ensuring a serene stay for all guests. Sand on persons and gear must be washed off at the provided showers at the resort entrance to the beach. Excessive sand in the condo will result in a $250 additional fee. Beach gear is never to enter the home. Please rinse them off and place them into the outer storage closet. No smoking is allowed on the balcony of the unit.
