Enjoy the private heated pool, tiki bar, outdoor patio/dining area, gas grill, fire pit and indoor fireplace, giant Jenga, corn hole, 8-hole putting green, game room with a pool table, arcade games and shuffleboard, bar tray, TVs in each bedroom, washer and dryer, karaoke and disco ball, pack n play and high chair, and Wi-Fi. Pool heat is available for $100 per night. The pool can be heated from October to May and requires a 3-day notice and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. This home offers the best of both worlds as your perfect Florida escape. Boca Ciega Millennium Park, Lake Seminole Park, Treasure Island Fun Center, Seminole City Center, and Rapp Brewing Company are nearby. Exterior cameras are installed at the floodlight by the garage and one ring camera on each side of the house facing the front. Driveway parking is available for 4 cars max. No street or grass parking is allowed. No boats, trailers, or RV's are allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
