The first floor includes laundry and a half bathroom, while all the bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor. There are a few steps to enter the unit, and the sofa bed is a futon type that folds down as a twin bed. Inside, you'll find all the comforts and amenities for a comfortable stay. This is a multi-family home, so please be respectful of the neighbors during your stay. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
