Spacious bedroom closets with hanging shelves and hangers make it easy to feel at home. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the private back porch with seating for everyone, or relax inside with local channels and Netflix available on the flat-screen TV. The condo is stocked with all the essentials, making packing easier for you. The condo includes two assigned parking spots with your stay, one of which is a covered parking spot. The Island Suite is perfectly located in town, just a 15-20 minute walk into the downtown district and only a couple of miles away from the nearest public beach. Everything you'll want to see is minutes away from the condo, so walking or biking is recommended. If you can't bring your own bike, there are plenty of rentals in town, including Drifters, a local company that delivers bikes directly to your doorstep. Uber and Lyft are also popular options for quick rides. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited, and underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house, and any excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
