The bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and bidets for added comfort. Relax on the back deck with a gas grill and seating, or enjoy the front courtyard patio with a mature Japanese Maple tree. Tucked into a peaceful, wooded neighborhood just 10 minutes from UNC and 20 from Duke, this serene setting offers privacy, quiet, and convenience. The home is located on a walkable street just two minutes from Eastwood Lake and close to local trails and greenways. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are just a 5-minute drive away. Nearby highlights include Kipos Greek Taverna, Cafe Driade, Squid’s Seafood Restaurant, Morehead Planetarium, Ackland Art Museum, and Gimghoul Castle. Quiet hours are after 10pm and before 8am as part of our good neighbors policy. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited. Pets without permission will be charged $200. Excessive messes and unauthorized late checkouts will be billed at $50/hr. Due to the expensive items in the home, it is generally not suitable for young kids. If you'd like to bring young children with you, please get in touch so that we can make sure this will be a good fit for all. Because this is an older home from the 70s and that it sits on wooded acre in NC, outdoor bugs may sometimes find their way indoors, especially if the deck sliders are left open.
