A cozy adjacent bedroom includes a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for extra guests. Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with a king, and a versatile room with a full and twin bunk bed plus an additional full bed, perfect for families. The bonus space is packed with entertainment options, including games and an Xbox One, ensuring fun for guests of all ages. This beautifully restored home is the perfect blend of character, comfort, and convenience, offering an unforgettable Medina experience. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Situated within walking distance of Medina Square, local shops, and restaurants, this home’s location is as inviting as its interiors. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Hot tub cleanliness fine is $250 if rules are not followed. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
