Feel at home in this renovated condo in Downtown Phoenix, near Roosevelt Row Arts District and ASU. This wheelchair-accessible condo is ideal for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. This condo has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. This condo includes one free assigned garage parking spot and a second unassigned parking spot for a second car, complimentary coffee, access to the pool, which is heated only during the winter months, Sky Lounge access, indoor lounge access, gym access and six EV charging stations. An additional pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A major art hub in Phoenix, Roosevelt is alive with revitalized parks, distinct shops and local small businesses, topnotch restaurants, and Craftsman-style architecture. Roosevelt Row, or “RoRo”, is a very walkable arts district filled with impressive sculptures, colorful murals, and art exhibits. During the first Friday of every month, locals are given the opportunity to immerse themselves in culture and art with the First Friday Art Walk. When it comes to food on RoRo, the locals rave about the Dressing Room and its international street fare. The Japanese Friendship Garden is a serene, park-like setting that includes a koi pond, cascading waterfall, and tea garden. The Valley Metro Rail connects residents to the airport’s sky train, zoo, and Desert Botanical Garden. Transportation options available in Phoenix include Van Buren/1st Ave, located 0.3 miles from the apartment. It is near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles or 12 minutes away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles or 44 minutes away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
