Feel at home in this Sunshine Lane home, where you can relax and enjoy Florida's best features: beach and sun! This home has 4 bedrooms and is only a few minutes walk to the beach, with direct access from the street. The home features a cozy living room with a big screen smart TV, and an open kitchen and dining space, fully stocked for in-home meals. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV. The first bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds and bean bag seating. The second bedroom has a twin daybed and trundle, dresser and smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, daybed with trundle, closet, dresser, and smart TV, as well as an attached full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. The home is pet-friendly for 1 dog with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100. Located less than 10 minutes drive to St. Augustine historic district. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. 1 dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. The home features a private pool and a propane grill for BBQ by the water.
