There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. A few minutes' walk to public beach access and a 20-minute drive to downtown, this home is near Safe Harbor. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring security camera at the front door may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. The office completes the upstairs space for any remote work needed to be done.
