Escape to this historic 2-bedroom 1-bathroom duplex-style home located in the lively University District. Everything is within reach, from the best dining options to exciting entertainment venues. The University of Washington campus is a quick 10-15 minute walk away. This charming and inviting home offers a serene escape for your unforgettable Seattle trip. The living area is perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends. Relax in the stylish living room, watch a movie on the smart TV while the family chefs whip up tasty treats in the fully equipped kitchen, or attend to business in the designated workspace. Enjoy the charm of the University District by relaxing on the lovely porch with a cup of coffee where you can catch a breath of fresh air without leaving the gorgeous property. After a long day of activities, unwind in one of the two cozy bedrooms that provide the ultimate restful experience. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.
