The property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. A late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's arrival scheduled.
