This modern farmhouse-style retreat is nestled in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, conveniently located across from an elementary school and backing up to the community playground. With 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and spacious living areas, this home is perfect for families, groups, and travelers of all ages. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog and $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability and a small fee. This home is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood, conveniently located across from an elementary school and backing up to the community playground. This is a smoke-free home with no smoking or vaping and no recreational drug use. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
