The living area features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and beautiful granite countertops. This home has an expansive backyard with a beautiful screened-in pool where you can enjoy watching for dolphins and manatees in the river, soak in the beautiful Florida sun, and witness NASA rocket launches. Guests will also have access to a private dock on the river, 2 canoes, an inflatable stand up paddle board, a propane BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Capable of fitting up to 12 guests, this is the perfect getaway for friends and families! Dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Merritt Island is located on Florida's largest island, which serves as the home of NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away). Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times. Be respectful of neighbors; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No illegal activity or unauthorized commercial use of the property. No sub-leasing; do not exceed the maximum occupancy without written approval. Stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. Check-in is 4:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees.
