Parking is available in the garage for up to 4 cars, with no street parking allowed. Guests can enjoy access to a refreshing, community-shared pool during their stay. Nestled within the prestigious Lake Arrowhead Yacht and Country Club, this short-term rental offers guests access to top-tier amenities and the serene charm of a private, gated community. Golf enthusiasts will love the 18-hole championship course, complete with a driving range and chipping and putting greens. The clubhouse boasts a fantastic restaurant with fireside outdoor seating overlooking the 18th hole and breathtaking mountain views—perfect for daily lunches, dinners, or a delightful Sunday brunch. Take advantage of tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, two playgrounds for the little ones, and 18 miles of scenic hiking trails. For water lovers, the marina offers boat rentals for unforgettable days on the lake. With limited dining options in the area, the restaurant's takeout service adds extra convenience to your stay. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. No pets are allowed. Guests cannot bring in their own boats or watercraft, as the guards at the gate will not allow entry with a boat hitched on your car or in the back of your truck. Absolutely no parties are allowed, as this is grounds for termination. Indoor fireplace cannot be used by guests. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out. Guests have access to a variety of outdoor games including Giant Jenga, Corn Hole, Spikeball, Ladder and Ring Toss. Lake amenities include a floating lily pad, two canoes, two paddle boards, and a two-person pedal boat. Beach towels and life vests for adults and kids are provided.
