Enjoy access to a refreshing community pool and a 2024 golf cart. Parking is available for 2 cars. Explore the nearby attractions, such as Grayton Beach State Park, Seaside, Gulf Place Town Center, The Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, and 30A Scenic Highway.
