Welcome to your Wallkill retreat! This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom home, spanning 2,440 sq. ft., offers ample space for families, groups, and friends seeking comfort and convenience. Inside, discover new floors, fresh paint, and modern touches throughout. The main floor features a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa, a queen bedroom, a half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and dining area. Upstairs, three additional queen bedrooms share a full bathroom stocked with fresh linens. An air mattress is also available, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Please note that the 4th room does not have a door, giving it a more open style but with less privacy. Step outside to enjoy the spacious yard, picnic table, grill, and outdoor seating, perfect for BBQs, family gatherings, or simply relaxing in nature. Parking is never an issue with a long driveway that fits up to 20 vehicles. For added peace of mind, the property includes exterior cameras, smoke and CO detectors, and fire extinguishers. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet. Guests can look forward to even more amenities soon—the pool will be available starting in September, along with access to the pool house. This pet-friendly retreat is just minutes from local wineries, restaurants, shopping, and a casino, making it a great base for exploring Hudson Valley attractions while enjoying a quiet, comfortable home to return to. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Kindly return them to the designated place. Avoid throwing trash or paper towels in the toilet to prevent clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
