Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parking is allowed on the street. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged, and if an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
