Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The property utilizes a septic tank; please only flush toilet paper. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin, and the bin must be rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup. Failure to set trash out for scheduled pickup incurs a fee.
