Beach gear rentals are available through a partnership, with a credit of $50 per day for reservations of 3 to 21 nights, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. This is a non-smoking home, and violations of this policy will incur a $500 fee. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, the rental will be terminated immediately with a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control. Houseparties are prohibited, defined as a group predominantly of unrelated persons under 25 years of age; violations will result in immediate termination without refund.
