For a fee, guests can access private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. A temporary club membership is available for $200 per day, separate from individual amenity fees. The maximum number of cars allowed is 5, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community, up to the number of bedrooms in the property. Nestled in the private, oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony, this home is located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the natural amenities, including miles of beach, tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu offers a unique Low Country Lifestyle, perfect for both vacationers and residents. Adhere to the no smoking and no pet policy set forth by the owner. Summer check-in day is Friday.
