The kitchen is equipped with a Mr. Coffee and Keurig machine. Beach gear rentals are available, with guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receiving a credit of $50 a day to use towards rentals such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach carts. For a fee, most homes and villas offer on-site private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis and multiple dining options. Temporary club memberships can be obtained for $200 per day to access the tennis membership. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5, and the DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property. Activities include beach access, swimming, boating, off-shore and on-shore fishing, championship golf, Har Tru clay tennis courts, Top Golf, surf fishing, paddle boarding, museums, plantation tours, wildlife reserves, sculpture and botanical gardens, shopping, historic tours and culinary adventures. Charleston is just an hour away, and Myrtle Beach is 45 minutes away. This is a non-smoking home. A security camera is located at the front door. The minimum age to rent this property is 25. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. If the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM and the housekeeping staff has arrived, a $100 Holdover Fee will be charged to the guest. Additional Holdover Fees will be charged every hour until the guest departs. If a pet is discovered on the property, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control. The tenant is responsible for any and all pet damages. A $500 fee will be charged for violations of the no-smoking policy.
