Feel at home in this charming, private apartment tucked amongst the treetops. Located on the second floor, a walk up one flight of internal stairs is required for entry. This apartment is perfect for couples and solo travelers. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, pots/pans, plates, bowls, silverware, glassware, bar seating and a dining table for 2. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy a king-size bed with a cozy memory foam mattress, a dresser, a closet for clothing storage, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and fluffy white towels. Relax on the private balcony with a bistro set to enjoy the Florida weather. Tucked in the back of the building features a shared outdoor dining space and gas grill. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. The Old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Casita Tropical is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home! It's a 15-minute walk to downtown and less than a 10-minute drive to St. Augustine Beach. Just a few minutes walk to many local favorites including Osprey Tacos, Mellow Mushroom, and Llama. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. No pets are allowed on property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $100/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While we allow children over the age of 2, the home is not child-proofed. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
