You can request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and a small fee, through the digital guestbook. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog and $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during the digital check-in process. Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee. This is a smoke-free home. No smoking or vaping and no recreational drug use. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time. We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system.
