Note that the basement has lower ceilings. This property is dog-friendly with a fee of $10 per pet per day. Emotional support animals fall under this requirement. This home is conveniently located close to downtown Salt Lake City, the University of Utah, and major attractions. The University of Utah is 10 minutes away, Vivint Arena is 11 minutes away, downtown SLC is 15 minutes away, Salt Lake City International Airport is 16 minutes away, Snowbird Resort is 30 minutes away, Solitude Ski Resort is 33 minutes away, Alta Ski Area is 31 minutes away, and Thanksgiving Point is 25 minutes away.
