Thoughtful amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, and cozy bedrooms. Pets are welcome at the property at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Conveniently located close to downtown Salt Lake City, the University of Utah, and major attractions, this home offers easy access to the best of the area. Distances to nearby attractions include 10 minutes to the University of Utah, 11 minutes to Vivint Arena, 15 minutes to downtown SLC, and 16 minutes to Salt Lake City International Airport. The basement has lower ceilings, so taller guests should mind their heads. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee assessed for violations. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife or bug encounters. The dedicated office includes a full bed and desk, ideal for productivity. A laptop computer is not included.
