While dogs are allowed with a pet fee, cats and other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and fully cleaned up after outside. Uber and Lyft are always available and abundant, and the downtown area is easy to navigate on foot or by bike. The house offers flexible self check-in and check-out. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the home, with a violation resulting in a $250 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed.
