Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged and the event fee has been paid, and unapproved parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. Pets are not allowed, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation.
