It also includes a coffee and tea bar with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and sweeteners. For entertainment, there is a spacious living area with plush seating and a 55” Smart 4K TV with streaming services. Modern bathrooms are equipped with high-pressure rainfall showers, plush towels, essential toiletries, and a hair dryer. Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This apartment is centrally located close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. It offers easy access to Duke University, Sarah P. Duke Gardens, and the Nasher Museum of Art, all approximately 17 miles away. The Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC), American Tobacco Campus, and Durham Bulls Athletic Park are about 15 miles away. Eno River State Park is 19 miles away, while Brightleaf Square and 21c Museum Hotel are 15 miles away, and the Hayti Heritage Center is also 15 miles away. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. We have zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual located in the Guest Portal. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. We monitor the exterior via Ring cameras and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of our core rules — including but not limited to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking, tampering with devices, or disruptive behavior — will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
