Each reservation includes one key fob, with additional fobs available for a $50 non-refundable fee. Lost, damaged, or unreturned fobs incur a $150 replacement charge. Smoking inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners or physical evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $500. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $200. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with any evidence resulting in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Noise detection monitors are present. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, with repeated violations resulting in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
