Welcome to this beautifully renovated duplex, located just 6 miles from downtown Cleveland in the historic Buckeye-Shaker area. With its stylish updates, cozy atmosphere, and convenient location near Shaker Square, coffee shops, and parks, this home is perfect for work trips, visiting family, or a fun Cleveland getaway. The apartment features stunning woodwork and shiny hardwood floors throughout, large windows for plenty of natural light, and a faux fireplace with a wall-mounted Smart TV above the mantle. The dining area includes a table for six, ideal for home-cooked meals or work sessions. The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee station with a coffee machine, coffee pods, and an electric hot water kettle, and a dishwasher for easy clean-ups. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a full bed with a dedicated workspace, while Bedroom 2 offers a king bed with a Smart TV. The freshly remodeled bathroom is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the large covered front porch with two cushioned rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a good book. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The apartment has decibel readers that track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are kindly reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt.
