This cute, minimalist studio is the perfect location for work or a staycation, featuring community laundry, a dry sauna, a courtyard, and an outdoor shower. With 410 sq ft., this condo feels much bigger than it looks and has everything you’ll need, including a queen bed and a couch that can be turned into a full-size bed. Equipped with everything you need, the kitchen offers coffee and tea for your convenience. The heated bathroom floor adds a touch of relaxation to your stay. Ask about our add-ons such as early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pets policy, and car rentals. Parking is available in a secure, gated garage with EV charging or free street parking. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. Golden Hill is a vibrant community, within walking distance to Balboa Park and downtown, Petco Park, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Medical Center, Scripps Mercy, and UCSD Medical. It's just 10-15 minutes from the beaches and all things San Diego. Public transit is very close, and you can walk to downtown in 5-10 minutes. Guests have full access to the condo, underground parking space, and shared areas like laundry and courtyard. Shoes off upon entry and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties allowed and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug or tamper with any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home is permitted. Use coasters and trivet mats to prevent damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal should not include metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Even though this is a quiet condo building, we are not responsible for the actions of the neighbors and no refunds will be given based on external noise. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi makes this apartment ideal for remote workers and digital nomads. Enjoy entertainment with a smart ROKU TV and XBOX One, using your own logins.
