The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everyday cooking and chef-prepared meals and includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Not provided are cooking oil, condiments, spices beyond salt and pepper, foil, plastic wrap, food storage containers, bottled water, coffee filters, or specialty cookware. The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and premium linens, and the spa-style bathrooms have high-pressure showers with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer provided. Parking is available in the open parking lot and is limited to 2 vehicles. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended. Any additional vehicles will be towed at your expense. A one-time fee of $49 applies for one large pet or $95 for two large pets. Centrally located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this apartment is conveniently located near Duke University (~8 minutes), Durham Performing Arts Center (~6 minutes), and American Tobacco Campus (~6 minutes). Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. Includes a height adjustable standing desk.
