Enjoy access to a 250 ft lazy river, an outdoor jacuzzi, an outdoor pool, and a kiddie pool. Entertainment options include a flat screen and Wi-Fi. Free parking is available for 2 cars. This waterfront condo is located straight on the ocean in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. You’ll be either steps or a short ride away from a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center. A new pier is currently under construction near the property and is expected to continue through some time in 2026. While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. Construction is scheduled to begin nearby soon, and guests may experience intermittent noise during the day, including several days of metal work, followed by ongoing construction activity and concrete truck noise starting in March. A covered beach access walkway will be provided on the south end during this time. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Upgraded internet is available.
