This modern and upgraded condo features nautically inspired decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and an oversized window in the living room that leads to a private patio surrounded by trees. Enjoy easy access to the community pool. Parking is limited to one vehicle, but a second vehicle is possible with prior authorization and an extra charge. Parking fees are $20 for 1-2 nights, $35 for 3-7 nights, $50 for 8-14 nights, and $75 for 15-30 nights. Located in Palmetto Dunes, this condo offers access to 2,000 acres of activities, including a full-service marina, award-winning tennis and pickleball center, and an 11-mile lagoon for kayaking, fishing, or boat tours. The Dunes House beachfront restaurant is nearby (open weather permitting). Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of this policy will incur a $1000 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking.
