Take the private walkway to the beach, where you'll find free beach chairs and a lifeguard on duty. Free on-site parking is available. Located right in the heart of Myrtle Beach on North Ocean Blvd, this condo is a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and near 100 premier designer golf courses. Popular attractions such as Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves Water Park, and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are also nearby. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
