The spacious dining room accommodates 10 people, and the luxurious master suite features a king-size bed and a work-from-home station. The large open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, while the heated in-ground pool and spa with cascading waterfalls add to the allure. The property also includes a boat dock with a lift, kayaks, and bikes for your enjoyment. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed interior that combines modern elegance with coastal charm. The formal living room features a comfortable couch and a large internet TV, perfect for unwinding and enjoying your favorite shows. The master suite offers a luxurious king-size bed and a work-from-home station, while three additional guest bedrooms provide ample accommodation. One guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has a large bunk bed with a full-size lower and twin upper, and the fourth bedroom comes with its own bathroom, also serving as a pool bath. The interior boasts a spacious dining area accommodating 10 people, a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a bar seating area. An adjacent family room with a spacious sectional and large flat-screen TV, along with a cozy electric fireplace, creates an inviting atmosphere. Upgrade to have the pool heated for an additional $287 weekly rate. A pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. The pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, secure off-site parking is available approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit.
