The large, open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a bar seating area, and it overlooks the pool and family room. An adjacent family room features a spacious sectional and large flat-screen TV, and a cozy electric fireplace creates an inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the large in-ground pool and spa with cascading waterfalls, a fully fenced yard, a boat dock with a boat lift, and two bikes. The outdoor area includes a covered porch, two comfortable sectionals, and a dining table for 8. The pool heater is available for $45 per night for stays of 2–5 nights, and secure off-site parking for a trailer or RV is available approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day. Casa Canal offers convenient access to the nearby European village, where you can explore a variety of restaurants, eateries, and entertainment options. Within half a mile, you'll find miles of walking and biking trails. Beautiful beaches are also within reach, offering free parking, bathroom facilities, and showers. With its close proximity to St. Augustine, Daytona, Jacksonville, and Orlando, Casa Canal serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas. The property is located in a beautiful saltwater sailboat community, 5 minutes from dining and entertainment, and the beach. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, parking on the lawn or city swales is strictly prohibited at all times, and all vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. Includes a work-from-home station in the master suite. After you have reserved your stay, you will receive a rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
